Being a woman is tough. Being a woman who has to wear a bra (aka all of us) is even tougher! I know I’ve always struggled to find the perfect bra so I was encouragement to write the post!! I did research among my followers to see where they get their bras and I compiled all the information!
The most common answer I got was Victoria’s Secret. I own their bras and honestly only because I assumed they were my only option. Most people agreed. They have plenty of colors and styles in store and online as well!! However I don’t find them super comfortable. The straps are thin and dig into my shoulders. However, price wise you can definitely get a great deal.
Up next, Aerie!! I’m pro Aerie because they believe in body positivity and inclusivity!! I’ve worn bralettes from them and they’re great!!! I feel covered and sexy! They have lots of options online and in store also which is a huge plus!! You can also snag a great deal!
Burlington is another option I heard about through my best friend who is a bra buyer! They have all types of options! Colorful, wire free, and comfort styles to name a few! They even carry more expensive brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. I’ve worn their lingerie and shapewear before and really like them!!
In the spirit of finding the best bra, I decided to try a new brand, Third Love!! They are an online company that focuses on every size and shape for the regular woman!! I took the quiz and my size was determined. I ordered a lace everyday bra and an everyday bra. Huge plus: the straps are wide and hold better than others. They don’t dig into my shoulders either. Con: slightly pricey but good deals do come around!! They have half sizes too so that’s awesome! I would recommend them 100 times over!
I was given two other companies where women who follow me buy their bras! Belk and Rigby & Pellar! I haven’t shopped them myself but I trust my followers!!!!
I think it’s really important to have at least one well fitted bra! Make sure you get sized properly and have a big enough cup to prevent spillage!! Treat yourself, you definitely deserve it!!!
