Hi friends!!!
Long time since we’ve chatted about the Bachelor and to be completely honest it’s because this season has nothing but drama to it which is totally unnecessary and boring in my opinion. I always want to feel a connection towards the Bachelor or Bachelorette and hope for them to find their one true love but this season Peter is just so emotionally unintelligent. I hate even saying that because of the drama in past seasons of Bachelor in Paradise and emotional intelligence but I really feel this way.
At this point we are at hometowns and just based on what the producers are showing us, I don’t actually see anything in these relationships that isn’t surface level. Sure, here and there someone comes out with something of some importance but damn there is nothing else going on.
Hannah Ann’s hometown seemed fine but I find her to just be so plain jane so in my mind she is out. She just still is timid and shy. I don’t think that is working in her favor.
Kelsie’s hometown seemed like they were very harsh on Peter and her to really be in love which HELLO most family’s not used to this situation would be like that!! So that was at least realistic. She told him she loved him which is still too soon in my opinion. (spoiler: it bites her in the booootay)
Madison’s hometown seemed like a normal day minus the weird makeout session in center court of Auburn’s stadium. Her parents are taking the journey seriously and want both of them to be happy but not unrealistic. So kudos to them.
And oh Miss Victoria F…what the heck just happened?! The date seemed great but that girl Marissa came in and ruined everything. As much as she is a little drama queen, I can see how much he cares about her and right now if anyone wins I hope she does. I do agree with him that they have communication problems but that is a normal relationship!!! But I do see why he gets frustrated (and now why my guy) gets frustrated. It’s so annoying to just give up so easily and not get across how you’re feeling right away. Oh forgot to mention, found it super rude he did not go and see her family.
The final three are: Hannah Ann, Madison, Victoria F
My choice is: 100% Victoria BECAUSE she actually has a personality and they argue like a normal couple and have things they need to work on.
This season in my mind just sucks. Peter could have been such a good bachelor but ultimately he leaves me feeling disappointed. Shameful Peter, truly.
